As Synergy’s Director of Information Technology, Troy Heinemann leads the strategy, development, and management of the company’s technology systems, ensuring every solution supports Synergy’s mission and enables teams to work at their best. He focuses on secure, scalable platforms and turns business needs into practical roadmaps that deliver measurable value.
Troy joined Synergy in 2018 and moved into technology leadership in 2020. Since then, he has advanced client and partner tools, strengthened internal systems, and expanded analytics and automation. He now oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, core applications, data and reporting, and end-user support, guiding a focused IT team.
